To my Future Roommate

So... Harvey Mudd closed for the fall semester. :( Very sad.

However, I REFUSE to stay in my town for another year. If you have read a bit of my backstory or know me personally, you know that there is nothing that can help my future here. I NEED to get out, ideally to a place where I can do science, so I am looking for roommates to help rent an apartment with me.

To my future roommate who may have looked me up, found my LinkedIn, found my website & blog and is now reading this, HI! I am super chill, and in case you couldn't tell from everything else, I am very focused on school. Here's some cool things about me that you might like in a future roommate:

- The VA (Veteran's Affairs - GI BIll) is helping me with housing this fall, so you can be sure that I will be able to pay my share of the rent.

- I have extensive experience cooking and cleaning, and I keep my area of the house clean. I also know how to shop on a budget.

- I am quiet. The only time I listen to music is when I work out & weightlift, but I will not be doing that anywhere near the house most likely. Even then, I have earphones.

- I don't do drugs or smoke or anything, but I am tolerant if you do.

- I don't plan on having any pets, but I am tolerant if you do.

- I would LOVE to collaborate on work for Mudd when we are in the same class. Furthermore, I am always down to help/collaborate on physics and math classes because these are my specialties. I am definitely looking for a learning environment.

- I am just a cool dude overall. Like, let's just have a chat sometime and you'll see :)

- I don't play videogames or really do much else than studying and staying healthy, but I am tolerant if you do this (assuming it is not loud).

In all honesty, I do not care where we have our house/apartment. I am just looking to live anywhere and would be good with a lot. Ideally, we have air conditioning (although I do have a personal AC I can bring to our place if we can't find somewhere with AC), a bathroom for each of us (although I will be clean if this is not possible), a bedroom for each of us (once again not mandatory), and also a kitchen and washer and dryer. Ideally, we would be in Cali somewhere, but this is once again not mandatory.
